Return Guidelines
Items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in perfect condition without perfume, makeup stains, or signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories such as discounted products and visibly used or damaged pieces are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be credited within 10 days to your original payment method or processed as store credit based on your preference. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
